What does the free attic inspection include?
A technician goes through your attic with a thermal-imaging camera, which takes about 30 minutes. You see the photos and learn where heat and air are getting through. Quotes are same-day, and there is no pressure to book. It is the one thing we offer free, so you can decide with real information.
Why is old insulation removed before air sealing?
The order matters. Removal comes first so the attic floor is open, then air sealing so we can reach every gap, then new insulation goes over the finished seal. Arizona attics can reach 150 F in summer, so sealing and insulating the wrong way around leaves leaks buried under the new material.

We are based in Glendale and work across the Valley, including Phoenix, Scottsdale, Chandler, Avondale, Mesa, Gilbert, Peoria, Surprise, Goodyear and Buckeye. If your town is not on the list, call or text us and we will tell you straight whether we can get there. We are open 8am to 10pm every day.
Do you offer discounts or help with utility rebates?
Yes to both. First responders get 10% off, including police, firefighters, military and veterans, nurses, teachers and social workers. We also help homeowners with APS and SRP insulation and duct rebates, so ask about them when you book. We do not quote rebate amounts, because those come from the utility.
