The problem you cannot see

Is your home bleeding cooled air into the attic?

You added attic insulation. Maybe you even replaced the AC. Yet the bills keep climbing, and one back bedroom never cools off. In many Phoenix homes the culprit is the ductwork: leaks at connections, seams and joints that sit out of sight in a hot attic, where tape and mastic cannot reach them.

Every leak does two jobs against you. It lets the air you paid to cool escape before it reaches a room, and it pulls attic air, dust and insulation particles into the system. Your AC runs longer to make up the difference, and the farthest rooms get the least.

Aeroseal fixes the leaks you cannot reach, and our crew proves it with numbers. If your attic floor also has gaps, pair it with manual attic air sealing.

How Aeroseal works

Four steps, and a report at each end

Aeroseal seals from the inside out. We do not guess where your ducts leak. We measure it, seal it and measure it again.

  1. Pressurize

We close off your registers and pressurize the whole duct system, so any gap shows itself. This also gives us your starting leakage number.

  2. Detect

Our equipment tracks exactly where the air is escaping, including joints and seams buried deep in the attic that no hand could reach.

  3. Seal from the inside

Aerosolized sealant is injected into the ducts. It travels with the air to every leak, bonds together there and closes the gap from within.

  4. Verify with before and after reports

Monitoring runs through the whole job, so you see how much leakage there was and how much is left. You get both reports in your hands.

What sealed ducts mean

What sealed ducts mean for your home

The payoff reaches past the power bill. This is what changes when the cooled air finally goes where you sent it.

Lower energy bills

Stop paying to cool your attic. More conditioned air reaches your living space, so your AC runs less to hit the same temperature.

Even room temperatures

That hot room at the end of the hall is often starved of airflow by leaks upstream. Sealing restores balanced airflow through the house.

Cleaner indoor air

Leaky ducts pull dust, insulation particles and attic air into the system. Sealing shuts that door at the source, and the free duct cleaning clears what is already inside.

Less strain on your AC

A system that is not working overtime to make up for lost air is under less stress, and that is easier on its parts through a Phoenix summer.

Duct sealing questions

Aeroseal duct sealing in Phoenix: your questions

What is Aeroseal duct sealing?

Aeroseal is a way to seal ductwork from the inside. We pressurize your duct system and find where air escapes. Then we inject aerosolized sealant that travels to each leak and bonds there, closing gaps tape and mastic cannot reach. Reports before and after show how much leakage we removed.

How much does Aeroseal duct sealing cost in Phoenix?

Foam Pro prices Aeroseal duct sealing at $1,950 per AC unit, and free duct cleaning is included. A home with two AC units has two duct systems, so it is priced per unit. The price assumes full attic access, and we confirm your final number once we have seen your system.

How do I know the sealing actually worked?

You get proof. Equipment monitors your duct system during the job, and you receive a before report and an after report showing how much air was leaking at the start and how much is left. You never have to take our word for it, because the numbers come from your own ducts.

Is duct sealing the same as attic air sealing or new insulation?

No, they fix different leaks. Duct sealing closes gaps inside your ductwork. Air sealing closes gaps in your attic floor, and insulation slows heat. Many Valley homes need all three, which is why we also offer the attic insulation package.

Can you help with APS or SRP duct rebates?

Yes. We help homeowners with APS and SRP insulation and duct rebates, so ask us about them when you request your quote. Programs and requirements change, so we do not quote rebate amounts here. We walk you through what applies to your home and your utility.

Where do you do duct sealing?

We seal ducts across the Phoenix metro, including Phoenix, Glendale, Scottsdale, Chandler, Mesa, Gilbert, Peoria, Surprise, Goodyear, Avondale and Buckeye. We are based in Glendale and work seven days a week, 8am to 10pm. See the full list on our service areas page.
