Is the attic inspection really free?

Yes. The thermal-imaging attic inspection is free, and so is the walk-through of what we find. You get photos, clear options and published prices, and you decide what happens next. There is no pressure to book work, and if you do want it done, we can usually quote it the same day.

How long does the inspection take?

Plan on about 30 minutes. Our technician goes up into the attic with a thermal camera, checks insulation, air leaks, ducts and signs of moisture or rodents, and photographs what is there. When we come back down, we show you the photos and explain what they mean in plain language.

What does thermal imaging show in a Phoenix attic?

A thermal camera shows temperature differences you cannot see by eye. In a hot Valley attic, that helps us spot thin or missing insulation, air leaking around lights, fans and registers, and hot spots near ductwork. We pair those images with regular photos so you can see exactly where each problem sits.

What will it cost to fix what you find?

Our prices are published. Insulation removal is $1.20 per square foot, manual air sealing is $250 per 2,000 square feet, and our attic package of removal, air sealing and R-49 insulation is $2.95 per square foot. After the inspection we give you the exact numbers for your home.

Do you inspect attics outside Phoenix?

Yes. We are based in Glendale and work across the Phoenix metro, including Scottsdale, Chandler, Mesa, Gilbert, Peoria, Surprise, Goodyear, Avondale, Buckeye and Tempe. We are open 8am to 10pm, 7 days a week, so call or text and we will find a time that fits your schedule.
